i hav warcrat and sims2 when ever i start playin them the CPU usage raise to 100% and if i continue playin ny PC automatically shut downs.Even if i play a falsh spectator sport this happens

Could be overheating problem. Try playing but next to PC case unambiguous and w/ an electric fan pointing towards the motherboard. If the problem stops, overheating is the problem. You stipulation to improve casing ventilation.
