When i turn on my notebook it ask for a primary master hdd user password. what is this and how do catch elapse this?

Sounds like it's not your HDD.

But who am I to sort out.

Boot it up as a secondary, adapt the jumpers on the vertebrae of your HDD to secondary, and put another disk contained by as the primary (you will need to install an OS.)
