When I started my computer a latest device have be added, ( local F drive) what would motivation this to appear?

Although the above answer is the most potential and I'm pretty sure is the problem there is also the possibility it is a virtual drive intent its a drive that doesn't really exist psychically but your computer treats it as a drive if you didn't do it yourself sometimes newly installed software will install a virtual drive although i would look into the first answer since you think nearly this possibility.
A UBS drive inserted into one of the USB ports?



Or somebody added a new sturdy drive to your computer...
If a USB drive had be connected. Or if a temporary drive have been added.
near is aportable device plugged into the drive or your dvd or cd drive is a removeable drive check the usb ports
All the above answers are possibilities, but also an all contained by one printer with slots for digital camera cards will sometimes do this also.
