When you buy a tentative motherboard does it usually come near the CPU?

Not usually however sometimes they extend bundle deals, or "bare-bone" computers where on earth the case, some fundamental parts, like the power supply, the motherboard, and a cpu for one bundle price.
Depends on where you purchase the board from.

Normally the CPU is sold separately.

Some vendor will bundle the two items together and sell them for one price.
yea
No it does not, however you can buy a CPU to turn with it.
it NEVER does and if you acquire a CPU with you motherboard its not an untested manufacture product.

one and only time you get both contained by original packet its called buying a complete PC ,else be careful.
