When I defrag it other ends some files could not be defragged anybody get any planning?

Those files can't be defrag because they are contained by use. It happens, zilch to worry just about. To minimize the number of files open, shutdown adjectives programs including those in the system tray. That might free up a few files.

One item I like to do when I defrag is to turn rotten the paging database, so that it can be defraged.
You'll always catch some than can't be moved, it's nothing to verbs about.
It is comparatively normal to hold some files that are not defrag'd. These are most likely system files. If you run a defrag and your drive is still impressively fragmented then you probably own some very sizeable files and not enough free space to defragment them.
Switch bad your screen store, go into "safe mode" and try again.
build sure you turn off your antivirus program first, they can mess up defrags.
