When turning your computer on, it loads the window eyeshade later begin restarting over and over?

Checked the RAM, and the power supply, and no dice so far for a fix.... what should I check subsequent?

When turning your computer on, it loads the window eyeshade later begin restarting over and over?

well if you own a windows cd consequently:---

1. start computer go to BIOS (manufacturer specific refer to manual) later make the cd your first boot device next put the cd in the comp and restart

2. once you catch the files copied (it seems resembling you are installing windows but dont verbs you are not) and when it asks you to press either enter or R consequently press "enter"

3. Now on this screen press R (or you will reinstall) presently you will have a repair resort go ahead and repair the installation and again start using your computer
You could check to see if you own a bad tough drive or motherboard. Jesus saves and God bless.
Boot from window disk and run a repair install
When the spash screen (IBM, Dell, etc.) press F8. That should bring up a menu offering to boot into Safe Mode. Boot into Safe Mode (if you can of course) and afterwards, if you can get surrounded by there, try restarting the system and see if it will boot properly. That may break the cycle and allow it to boot properly. I'll look deeper and agree to you know if I can. Good luck.
hey ther's may be a problem in finding the boot database.u have to fix ur MBR(master boot record) using ur OS boot cd.
i reflect this is due to virus or infection i think so
