Turn off System restore if you are really affraid of have files that might be recovered that easy.

In any satchel, any file you delete from your computer is in actuality never gone. Yes, the file get deleted, but within fact the with the sole purpose thing that get deleted is a mention to it.

In my field, beside special software, I can recover files even from a formatted Hard Drive. logically, there are files that bring back overwritten and get corrupted.

I other have a 90+% of nouns when recovering files.
It'll stay on your hard drive. Unless you use special software to really "shred" the information, it can be brought up again. Makes me wonder why you ask this press.
Yes and no. It's gone, and deleting it creates a space on your not easy disc that can be reused. Until another file or files overwrite that space, the report you deleted can still be recovered. So, yes it is gone; but it is not really really gone. FWIW.
