whats the difference between Ram and sturdy drive space..?
Yes, you can play neverwinter night, though you may have to lower the settings for a while.
A hard drive can be thought of as long residence storage. when you save a report, the computer tells the tough drive to find a space to put the file and magnetically encodes it so that it will still be in attendance even if you turn off the computer.
The purpose of RAM is to provide speedy storage for the computer to use.
When the computer loads your file from your easier said than done drive, it makes a copy of the information from the intricate drive and places it in RAM for speed.
Information contained by RAM is stored based on electrical signals... so to vary information simply requires sending a different electrical signal to the chip. This happens tremendously quickly.
Let's utter you are typing in Microsoft Word. Every memo you press has to be remembered by the computer. It accomplish this by saving those key in RAM. It happen so quickly, you don't even become aware of it.
When you turn the computer off, you lose the information within the RAM.
