what's the purpose of HD transform & lightning within laptop gaming?
Presumably you be a sign of hardware transform and lighting?
It is a method used to decide what colours items within a game should become when a frothy is shined on them, it involves a lot of calculation and is peformed by the gpu rather than the cpu to be precise why you will find most newer games need a graphics card supporting hardware T&L.
Hardware transform and lighting set the precedent for subsequently pixel shader and vertex shader units which be far more flexible and programmable
lighting, not lightNing!! Hardware T&L just process you can see moving 3D objects in more natural detail because it's built into the graphics card, They twist & bend ad/or move through areas have different light level and sources. Picture escaped convicts creeping along in shadows, later panicking when hit by a spotlight, running, jump, ducking for any shade to hide surrounded by. It'd be pretty boring if the light level or shadows never changed, or cardboard cutouts just changed the speed they scrolled across the eyeshade. Software 3d is more limited, as it runs sour the main processor and ends up losing profoundly of the motion and detail or just crashing because it can't maintain up.
