When a computer is spiked by lightning are video cards destroyed as in good health?

It is possible that the video cards be destroyed by a power spike. To prevent this in the adjectives, it might be a good opinion to get a uninterruptable power supply (UPS) from your local computer store. I get one from circuit city a while ago and it had a mail-in rebate that brought the price down to roughly $40.
Maybe yes maybe no.Depends on the strike. But i would guess yes they be.
Depends. It's possible that only the power supply fuse be blown. It's also possible that any combination of components was fried. Best bet is to verbs the card (or any other components you want to salvage) and try it in another piece of equipment.
They could be yes! I had the fruitless luck that when Hurricane Katrina was entering florida my computer be on fo some reason n capably...the rest is history.
Well, it is possible, but with most computers I work on I own found that just the power supply and/or motherboard be fried.

Try it in another computer if you can.
dude, if your comp get stuck by lightning the ******* things gonna be fried
