Whats the difference between ddrpc2100 & ddrpc2700 memory?

I go to crucial.com to find out what memory i can use to upgrade my pc. The answers come back beside 4 different types of ddr chipsets, which is best DDR pc3200, DDR pc2700 or DDR pc4000. I have DDR pc2100 installed

Any of the types will work. However they will run at the speed allowed by your motherboard, which is mos credible PC2100. So basically, only just by whichever one is cheapest, they will all run at duplicate speed on your system. And don't buy from crucial.com, they grossly overcharge.
